Under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) covered employers are required to give employees notice of their rights under the law. To comply with this requirement, employers must post the notice provided below, in a conspicuous place at their premises. Employers who have employees working remotely may satisfy this requirement by e-mailing or mailing the notice to employees or by posting the notice to their intranet or other applicable employee information sharing network. Although there is no time requirement, employers should post the notice as soon as possible.
