Bridget D’Angelo, of ­­­­­­Glastonbury, Connecticut has recently joined Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP as a Real Estate Associate in the firm’s New Haven office.

Bridget’s practice focuses primarily in commercial real estate transactions, representing developers, institutions, corporations, families and individuals in development projects, leases, acquisitions, and financing. Bridget has experience in many Connecticut communities and has closed transactions involving a broad range of real estate financing structures. Bridget also represents developers of affordable housing utilizing a variety of financing sources including federal, state and local funding programs, tax credit equity syndication and institutional loan financing.

Bridget received her Bachelor of Arts from the Robert E. Cook Honors College of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School. Recently, she was selected for the Hartford Business Journal’s “40 under Forty” Award, Class of 2020 and the Connecticut Law Tribune’s New Leader in the Law 2020 Award.
