The 2020 edition of Chambers USA Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for Business has recognized eight (8) Carmody attorneys across four (4) practice areas. Carmody’s Real Estate, Environmental, Litigation (General Commercial), and Labor & Employment groups were ranked in one of the Top Bands in the Connecticut practice categories. Chambers USA is a well-recognized and respected publication by Chambers and Partners, a third-party research and publishing company, that ranks U.S. Law firms and attorneys based on extensive interviews with clients and members of the legal community. In addition, the publication highlights various Carmody attorneys for their legal work and standing in the legal community.
William J. Hennessey, Jr., a partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice group and recently named “Lawyer of the Year” in Stamford, Connecticut for Real Estate by Best Lawyers®, is recognized under Real Estate: Zoning/Land Use section of Chambers, as being “respected for his expertise in challenging permitting matters.”
