Carmody, led by Tom Candrick and Johanna Bachmair, is advising Carling Technologies in the sale of the Company to Littelfuse, for $315 million.

Founded in 1920, Carling manufactures switching and circuit protection products, with 2800 employees worldwide and manufacturing and sales facilities in China, Hong Kong, Mexico, the UK, France and Germany.

Tom Candrick and Johanna Bachmair have led the transaction, with substantial assistance from Gregg Burton, Matt Gaul, Tim Klimpl and Ann Zucker.

The transaction is expected to close in November, pending completion of the Hart Scott Rodino review by the DOJ and FTC and satisfaction of normal closing
