Carmody client, Robert Barton, undertook a project to rehabilitate and adaptively reuse two historic structures on South Main Street in South Norwalk and is now up for a Preservation Connecticut award. Attorney Elizabeth A.B. Suchy represented Mr. Barton in the local zoning project. These buildings provide housing for diverse tenants as well as jobs in eleven minority-owned small businesses, some of which remained in place during renovation, achieving revitalization without displacement. Carmody is proud to be  listed as a member of the development team in the project description.
