Mark Malaspina, a Partner in Carmody, Torrance, Sandak &Hennessey LLP, has been named a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA). CLSA is an invitation-only construction lawyer honorary society with limited membership. The number of Fellowships available to Connecticut lawyers is restricted to 12. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in construction law and closely related specialties, as well as superior ethical reputation. Mr. Malaspina’s construction practice encompasses infrastructure projects, green energy projects, school construction, commercial, industrial, retail and residential property development, arts and entertainment venues, and medical facilities.
In addition to construction law, Mr. Malaspina’s practice includes real estate, business law, commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, energy and utilities law, state and local government law, as well as campaign finance and elections law. Mr. Malaspina is a graduate of Yale Law School.
