- Experience running and creating interim, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and accounting reports
- Familiarity managing an annual audit with an external accounting firm company
- Ability to supervise accounts payable and reimbursement processes and workflows

- Ability to maintain fixed asset inventory, including recording assets, calculating depreciation, providing information and submitting property tax returns for each office

- Familiarity with the federal and state tax codes

- High level of proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Word;
- Experience handling medical records requests and tracking responses from healthcare providers;

- Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, Windows networks, workstations, file servers, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices and systems; adds or upgrades and configures drives, printers and related equipment
- Investigate user problems and identifies their source; determine possible solutions; test and implement solutions
- Perform and/or oversee software and application installation and upgrades
- Implement network security, including maintaining firewalls, configuring VPN, managing host security, file permissions, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users
- Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties
- Configure and troubleshoot mobile device
- Setup and troubleshoot video conferencing
- Assist lawyers and support staff as a technical resource

- Ability to act as a liaison between Land Use team members, clients and municipalities while demonstrating a high level of professionalism and customer service

- Experience filing in Connecticut’s State and Federal Courts, including Appellate filing experience
- Ability to support multiple attorneys as primary assignments and also provide back-up administrative assistance to others as assigned
- Ability to communicate professionally with Firm clients and work collaboratively with colleagues and other staff
- Strong attention to detail
- At least 5 years’ legal administrative assistant experience in a law firm
- Working knowledge of LMS+ timekeeping software
- Experience with Worldox or other document management system
- Excellent typing skills, including the ability to transcribe dictation with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organization and file management skills
- Strong word processing and document editing skills
