Tamara M. Nyce

Overview

For over a decade, Tamara has focused her practice in the areas of healthcare law, medical liability and personal injury defense, and commercial litigation. Tamara represents a wide variety of individual and institutional clients, including healthcare providers, medical practice groups, hospitals, insurance brokerage firms, utility companies, independent schools, ride-sharing corporations and local businesses.

Before joining Carmody, Tamara practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, professional liability and insurance defense at a firm in Fairfield County.

While in law school, Tamara earned Distinguished Academic Achievement Awards in the following areas: Law and Medicine, 2008; Corporate Compliance in the Healthcare Industry, 2009; Mediation Advocacy, 2009; Therapeutic Jurisprudence, 2009.

Tamara enjoys volunteering in her local community and schools in Cheshire, CT, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for EasterSeals of the Greater Waterbury area.
