Douglas A. Balko – Litigation (Waterbury office)
Doug represents a diverse group of clients in commercial, business, and tort litigation. He advises national and multinational manufacturers, professional corporations, financial institutions, government contractors, medical professionals, and hospitals in high exposure litigation in state and federal courts. Originally from central Massachusetts, Doug now lives in Newington, CT.
Jeffrey R. Houle – Business Services, Real Estate (Stamford office)
Jeff’s practice focuses on advising businesses, individuals and developers in all aspects of real estate, commercial, condominium and development transactions, including commercial real estate, leasing, condominium formation and governance, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial financing. Jeff is a Stamford native.
Jason A. Klein – Real Estate and Land Use (Stamford office)
Jay’s practice focuses on representing developers, institutions, corporations, families and individuals in development projects, land use and real estate matters. Jay has experience in obtaining approvals for a wide range of projects, from large-scale developments to single-family home improvements. Originally from Darien, CT, Jay now lives in Easton.
Meaghan M. Miles – Real Estate and Land Use (New Haven office)
Meaghan represents developers, individuals and corporate entities in real estate and land use matters. She guides clients through the development process, and represents them in connection with obtaining municipal and state approvals for large scale development and real estate transactions. Originally from Massachusetts, Meaghan lives in Madison, CT.
Kevin G. Palumberi – Business Services, Real Estate (Stamford Office)
Kevin focuses on corporate, commercial, and transactional matters and represents businesses and tax-exempt organizations in all aspects of their operations, including formation and governance, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and commercial real estate transactions, development, and leasing.
