Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP is pleased to announce that Carolyn J. Cavolo has joined the firm’s Real Estate & Land Use team as a Partner in its Stamford office. Cavolo focuses her practice on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions advising owners, investors, developers, financial institutions, and planned community clients.

Carmody’s Real Estate & Land Use practice represents individuals, developers, and investors in a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, construction, project development, environmental, asset operations and management, and tax and assessment disputes.
Cavolo received her J.D. from University of Connecticut Law School and her B.A. from Boston College. She is also presently serving as Chair of the Real Property Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. Cavolo joins Carmody from Shipman & Goodwin in Stamford.
