Christina M. Lopes is joining the Real Estate & Land Use team of leading Connecticut law firm Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP as an associate attorney in the Real Estate practice. Christina will be working in Carmody’s New Haven office on affordable housing development and institutional and utility real estate.
Since graduating from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2020, Christina has worked in real estate representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions in Connecticut. She is experienced in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, financing transactions, and commercial leasing as well as easement transactions with various utility companies.
